Sugar making processs:
Plantation
The soil is prepared, the sugar cane is planted and receives the nescessary treatment in order that it can grow healthly and productively.
CTT
The sugar cane is croped, carried in trucks and transported towards our industrial plant
Milling
The sugar cane is milled, where we separate the broth for the production of sugar, ethanol and the marc to eletric energy production.
Broth treatment
The broth is treated and filtered so it can be in perfect conditions to the next processes.
Concentration
The broth is treated and submited to evaporation, taking of the water of it. The syrup produced by that enters the process of decoction, where sugar crystals are created, forming a high concentrated sacarosis mass.
Centrifugation
This mass is centrifugated, separting the sugar crystals from the residue.
Drying
The sugar has its humidity removed and it’s ready to be stored.
