Ethanol
Produced from a sugar cane juice fermentation process, hydrated ethanol is used directly in flex cars. We also produce industrial ethanol, which is used primarily in cosmetics, beverages and paints.
Ethanol process:
Plantation
The soil is prepared, the sugarcane is planted and receives the necessary treatment so that it grows vigorously and productively
CTT
Sugarcane is harvested, loaded onto trucks and transported to our industrial plant
Milling
The sugarcane is crushed, where the juice for the production of sugar and ethanol and the bagasse for the production of electricity are separated.
Broth treatment
The broth is treated and filtered so that it is in perfect condition for the next processes
Fermentation
Our yeasts, when fed with the sugar in the juice, transform it into wine, where there is ethanol
Centrifugation
The wine, formed in the previous process, is centrifuged, separating it from the yeast
Destilation
Through evaporation and condensation, ethanol is obtained.
